		<description>Sometimes word of mouth advertising actually works even without an effective brand.  An example of this would be how I was able to start a small computer based business here in the Los Angeles area off of a few signs.  I received a few customers from these signs and have been working with referrals from these customers ever since.  I call it the trickle effect.  In this case one of the customers has already referred me to three of her family members.</description>
