We all fall into some of these traps, even if you allow some creep in the plan if you stay as close to the initial target as possible you will have the highest chance of success.

		<description>Great post Bruce! Some really good points here. It&#039;s definitely a learning experience and one that took me over a year to get right. Now I have a standard spreadsheet I use to plan the project and set goals. 

Too many people want to build a site in one day and then when they fail, they give-up on the project completely. 

It is essential that everyone makes a plan and if they miss one of their goals - don&#039;t give-up, just adjust your goals and move forward!</description>
