They're the idiots that mercilessly phone spammed businesses for years. They blasted recorded messages of "someone left a negative review of your company on our site" as a scam to generate traffic. Sometimes I'd get 5 of these calls a day. They continued the phone spam routine even after complaints littered the web. Plus, if you visit the site and opt-out of having your business listed, it will magically reappear a few weeks later. Googling for "merchant circle phone spam" reveals numerous other issues with this company beyond the phone spam scam. Bruce,
