I would hope that companies like Facebook would take the high-road and attempt to create technologies to detect and prevent fraud rather than language in their contract to simply protect themselves.
For a company like Google this is more relevant than any and I do hope they don’t follow in Facebook’s footsteps here.

Most of these domains suck unless you are and enduser with a viable biz idea. These prices are 150 years Rev.
thank god their are still alot of suckers out there. Keyholders.com was listed on Sedo during the auction with a bin of $999. LOL

Excellent post Bruce, Vertical Search is the thing that has to concern Google. Someone looking for advice can tap into the 500 friends they have on Facebook and ask their opinion on a new flat screen tv. If just 10 reply those 10 replies from people you know, probably mean more than 1000 anonymous reviews searching on Google.
